Refund Policy


· Prior to sending back the merchandise, you MUST contact us at 1-877-JSQUASH to arrange the return or exchange;
· Our return address for all returns is #421, 1117 St.Catherine Street W. Montreal, QC H3B 1K9
· Unless otherwise instructed, please ship all returns via UPS ground or by international air letter post. You should retain tracking numbers for your protection. We cannot be responsible for returned merchandise that does not reach us.
· For all reasons other than shipping damage and our error you will be subject to return shipping charges equal to our published outbound shipping charges;
· All returns must be properly packed. We cannot offer full refund on packages shipped where original box is damaged due to lack of packing materials.
· Exchanges may be processed in two ways at your discretion. You may return the item first and when it is received and inspected we will ship your replacement item. If you prefer to receive the replacement merchandise before returning the original item you may pay for the replacement merchandise and then be credited when the returned item is received and inspected;
· You can expect your refund within 14 business days of our receiving your return. Credits will only be issued to the credit card account used for the original payment. Sorry, no exceptions.
· Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to e-mail us at customerservice@squashtalk.com
